Alaska Bankruptcy Court
Here you will find an overview of the Alaska bankruptcy court system. It includes contact information and a link to the official site maintained by the Clerk's office for each division.
The court system consists of one district, which is further divided into five divisions. Pursuant to Alaska's local bankruptcy rules, the initial petition may be filed at any one of the five divisions. Subsequent documents must be filed at the Anchorage or Fairbanks Division. More details regarding each division follows.
